Disclaimer
All goods are sent based on confirmed orders with the buyer's awareness in choosing products on our website.
Receipt / AWP
We will send a receipt via email within 24 hours after payment is received.
Delivery Time
- Deliveries are processed on Monday - Friday.
- We do not ship on the weekends and Public Holidays.
- All orders with confirmed payments before 13:00 WITA (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day.
Late Delivery
- Delays by the expedition company are beyond our control and responsibility, but we will do our best to assist you when enquiring about the expedition services.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please immediately contact info@cintabumiartisans.com with your order #ID-Number so that we can process it to the expedition.

- JNE and Pos Indonesia are our expedition partners for the Indonesian region.
Domestic Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for orders above Rp.1.000.000 (within Indonesia).

For orders below Rp.1.000.000, shipping costs within Indonesia are calculated in kilograms which we informed on the checkout page.
Delivery Duration
- Java and Bali region estimated delivery: 1-3 working days.
- Other regions in Indonesia, estimated delivery: 2-7 working days.
